Kathryn Lynch

Commander Kathryn Lynch is the strategic operations officer aboard the starship Arcturus, where her primary role is to coordinate the many ongoing away missions carried out by the ship’s embarked scouts, runabouts, and fighters. She also advises the squadron commander on strategic matters.
