Young and fairly optimistic, Aiden Ramirez has been assigned to the Galaxy for his senior cadet cruise during his final semester. A dream come true for the young man, he is doing his best to soak up as much knowledge as he can before he graduates and is inevitably assigned to one of the smaller ships in the fleet. With a talent for warp propulsion, Commander Broheth has assigned him to the warp field dynamics team.

Used to having dozens of fellow cadets his age around him, he finds himself out of place and lacking the close social structure he had become accustomed to.
