Starbase Bravo
January 1st, 2393
Cadmus stepped into the turbolift as the short huff of air came in as the doors open. Cadmus Drake had just gotten off the shuttle from his transfer from Starfleet academy. Cadmus had tried to remember what the commandant said as he pulled Cadmus into his office, which seemed like it was 5 minutes ago.

Starfleet Academy
December 20th, 2392
“Cadmus, are you meeting us to go over the astrometrics exam tomorrow?” Hector said. Hector had been Cadmus friend since they had both came into the Academy. “I would Hector, not that astrometrics is boring or anything, but the commandant has “summoned” me” Cadmus said somewhat sarcastically. Hector smirked, Hector knew better than anyone how much Cadmus had hated astrometrics. “Well I would say lucky save, but why would the commandant want to see you? This is only your 3rd month in the Academy.” Hector said with some concern. “I don’t know, he said something about an assignment he had wanted me for. He didnt explain what it was, all I know is that when the commandant says come to the office, he means it.” Cadmus said.

Cadmus was putting on a brave face, but he was really nervous about what the commandant wanted with a freshman like him. “Well, good luck. Hopefully he wont expel you or anything.” Hector jested. Cadmus smirked and waved Hector goodbye. Cadmus had no idea how close Hector was to the truth though.

Starbase Bravo
Present day
The doors to the turbolift hissed open again. A Vulcan woman in a blue Starfleet uniform came up to Cadmus. “Ahhh, Cadet Drake, welcome aboard Starbase Bravo. I am Lieutenant T’chiss, I am here to escort you to your section commander.” T’chiss said with an outstretched hand. Cadmus took in her hand, and with that Cadmus Drake had officially arrived at Starbase Bravo.
