USS Cupertino: The Price of Progress

When the development of a newly discovered species suddenly halts, the USS Cupertino decides to investigate. But soon, people on board the California class vessel exhibit strange behaviours. Are both things connection?

Mission Description

After getting lost on Starbase Bravo’s extensive Academy Campus and missing an important appointment, junior journalist Vivienne Claybrook meets the senior officers of the USS Cupertino, and is promptly adopted into the vessels civilian contingent.

They set out on a scientific mission that is supposed to only entail the observation of a newly discovered pre-warp species, but quickly understand that a more hands-on approach is needed.
