The USS Sojourner, after receiving repairs at the Avalon shipyards from the fateful events with the Lost Fleet sets off on a deep space survey mission before heading to Deep Space 47. Lightyears from another federation vessel some of the crew are disappointed they will not be taking part in the upcoming Frontier Day celebrations. Still, soon they will wish they were as far away as possible from them.
