The Al-Batani is sent to the planet Alim, where a conflict between two colonies threatens the peace along the border.

Mission Description

On the planet Alim, two colonies – one Cardassian, one of the newly warp-capable Kolamites – feud over fishing rights, and have requested Starfleet intervention. But a darker force drives the conflict, one which could upset the delicate balance along the Federation-Cardassian border.
