In the several months since the fall of the Romulan Star Empire, the Federation has acted to render aid. With worlds once part of the Romulan Star Empire in need, it is the duty of ships like the USS Galahad to travel the former Neutral Zone, rendering aid to Romulan and Federation aligned worlds alike. The outbreak of Terrillian Plauge threatens to plunge many worlds into disarray, so the crew of the USS Galahad and captain Kurios must work together to bring hope and succor to the both suffering and recovering worlds alike. When those unable to deal with the outbreaks call for help, it falls upon the Federation to render aid.
