“Adversity introduces a man to himself.”
~ Albert Einstein

As the Wildfire phenomenon spreads, the USS Raleigh joins the Fourth Fleet forces assigned to the Cestus Sector Block. Tasked with bringing aid wherever it is needed, Commander Bryce and his crew race from one crisis to the next; escorting convoys, evacuating colonies, and reinforcing isolated outposts as the stars grow increasingly unpredictable.

Few realize that the growing chaos has given the Gorn an opportunity. Pushing farther beyond their borders than ever before, they strike, catching entire worlds off guard. Rescue teams arrive to find abandoned settlements, drifting ships, and survivors too shaken to explain what happened.

Out here, the greatest threat isn’t always the one you can see. As the Wildfire descends, every task becomes a race against time, and staying alive means staying one step ahead of the darkness.
