They have assigned the Defiant-class USS Relentless to the rimward and into the Denver Division.  The order comes from Commodore Fontana; patience has run out.  Tougun’s network has stepped up its attacks on Federation colonies and others.  Denver Division is to hunt Tougun, harass his network, and bring the maniac Orion out of hiding and into the open.

JAG demands an arrest and justice.  Fontana agrees and makes the order clear: get him out in the open, and get him in cuffs.  The Denver Division understands the orders, and yet…

Tougun has never gone quietly or in cuffs.  What will it take to get him there?

And will they be able to abide by their mission protocols?
