Refurbishing K-74 has been far from a cakewalk, but it’s kept the crew of USS Oakland busy for quite some time. It’s likely no surprise that, when a shipment of supplies for the old little frontier station goes missing, the aged utility cruiser is the closest ship on-hand to go find them. With the memory of their last encounter with pirates fresh on the mind, nobody’s particularly eager to undertake this assignment… but K-74 needs those supplies, and at least it’s not applying a new coat of paint or stripping out old electronics for the upteenth time.
