Having completed their shakedown cruise, the crew of the USS Truckee spent a few days on Cardassia, awaiting their new orders. Captain Beardsly fully expected something mild, befitting the small California-class starship and her inexperienced crew. Instead, Starfleet launched a fleet-wide mission. In short, the fleet was dispatched to look into and clamp down on the growing black market.
