Captain Pantuso has been pulled out of the Academy and put back in command of a starship, while Commander Hargraves has been promoted to XO.  As faces change in the senior staff and across the lower decks, the ship’s true mission becomes clear – diplomatic operations and being a true emissary for the Federation.  The old and the new must find ways to work together to build connections with colonies across the Federation.  Captain Wren Walton and Commander Park have been placed in a holding pattern on Starbase 72. Their future remains uncertain.
