I hope you’re ready for this: this week, TF72 is offering four competitions for your competing pleasure!
And while I’m here, I’ll also plug the May Fiction Vignettes competition which is running until the end of the month! It is always a good idea to enter as many competitions as you can because even entering a competition is something we use to calculate things like medals and promotions. Plus, it makes the placements even more meaningful when you’re first place out of twenty rather than first place out of two!
And as a reminder of the reminder in the operations report, anyone can propose a competition through the OCS. You don’t have to be a member of staff. Organizing a competition is a great way not only of getting involved, but also to give other folks a way of being active, and to earn credit for your own activity. Plus, it’s fun to try to come up with new ideas that will either amuse or stump your peers. I’d call that a win-win-win-win!
