Task Force 17 Report #1A – Staffing Change

September 9, 2023

Greetings! Today, Fleet Captain Romaes Anjin (Kai) submitted his resignation to the Bravo Fleet Operations Officer, and that resignation was accepted. We thank Kai for his service to Task Force 17 and look forward to seeing his continuing contributions to Bravo Fleet in other ways.

As this leaves a gap in the leadership of Task Force 17, Vince, MJ, and I have decided that I will take over Task Force 17 as its Interim Commanding Officer for the time being. It will be my goal to go through each member dossier within the next week or so and help position the task force for success under a permanent Task Force Commanding Officer who will be decided within the next month or so. This will allow the Operations Office to continue the mentoring and onboarding process of other recently appointed staff in Task Forces 47, 72, 86, and 93.

As a prior commander of both Task Forces 9 and 38, which were combined when Task Force 17 was launched, I am pleased to be back in my old stomping grounds, even under a new color and emblem!
