[Phase 1]: Incoming Transmission

You have received an emergency transmission from Earth that is heavily encrypted. After providing your command codes, the computer presents you with the last obstacle to decoding the message: a simple cipher. Using your cryptography skills, decrypt the message.

Criteria

• Only complete and accurate decryptions will be eligible to place in this competition.
• It is not necessary to provide the full cipher; just translate the message.
• Eligible entries will be placed based on the time at which they were submitted.
• You may not use outside assistance, such as a cryptogram solver.
