Description

Using a graphical format (pencil & paper, Photoshop, Paint, etc.) depict what the Tal Shiar logo might look like by 2399. The Romulan secret police have allied themselves with the Romulan Free State, and all information on them must be cataloged in Starfleet’s databases.

Criteria

  • Entries will be judged on creativity, skill, appearance, and perceived effort.
