It’s a Jolly Holiday.

There are few things more quintessential about a holiday than a postcard. Stunning vistas, humorous cartoons, and saucy comics all find their way to the fridge door when this little slip of card drops into the letterbox.

As we take a breath and reset ourselves in this time of welcome shore leave, we would love to get a glimpse into your holiday.

Using any graphic creation software or by taking a picture of a handmade design, you should create a postcard that gives us an insight into your character’s shore leave. It doesn’t have to be happy and it doesn’t have to be funny, but it should give us a sense of your character’s break from the norm (or not as the case may be).

Criteria

• Submissions should take the form of an image and a maximum 50-word message entered via the BFMS submission window.
• Submissions should be in the ratio of 1:1.5 (aka 4"x6")
• The image must not exceed 1200 x 1800 pixels and should be saved in either .png or .jpg format with a maximum file size of 1 MB. Sharelinks will not be accepted.
• The winning design will be selected based on three criteria: presentation and design (out of 10), originality (out of 10), and adherence to the theme (out of 10).
