[LAB Phase 3]: Recover the Communications Log

The Turei were first encountered by the starship Voyager during her 7 year journey through the Delta Quadrant. Unfortunately, the communications log from Voyager’s run in with the Turei has become corrupted. Your job is to unscramble it.
