These are the voyages of the starship Hephaestion from its launch in 2343 to its last mission over Barzan II in 2399.

About

Fourth Fleet

The Hephaestion was an Excelsior-class starship first launched in 2343 which served in Starfleet until her destruction in 2399. During this fifty-year career, the Hephaestion served with distinction in the Federation-Cardassian War and the Dominion War, but was primarily a ship of exploration. Although decommissioned in 2386, then-Rear Admiral Jonathan Knox had her put back to service in 2393 as his flagship.

For views of her interior, check out Tadeo D’Oria’s awesome renders of the Potemkin, one of the Hephaestion’s sister ships:

USS Hephaestion: Sifting through Memories

Chief Science Officer’s Personal Log, Stardate 39536 It’s been an interesting first day to say the least. I was worried the Hephaestion might be a sedate and dreary assignment, but if the trip over from the Galaxy was any indication, we’re sure to be in for a wild ride. The [...]

USS Hephaestion: Sifting through Memories
