Al Ganbold

Like his captain, Al Ganbold spent his early career in the Federation Merchant Service. After going into reserve status, he attended and graduated from Starfleet Academy. He was immediately commissioned at the rank of lieutenant, junior grade in consideration of his meritorious service in the Merchant fleet. The Mount Shasta is his first assignment after being promoted to commander and his first time as executive officer.
