Sima

Often found at the base of a warp core, hyperspanner in hand, Sima is described by some as particular, by others as pedantic and by much of her engineering team as a perfectionist. Thankfully Sima isn’t a leader who pushes from the back but rather wades into the work alongside her teams, winning her a great deal of credit when she does ask them to push themselves to the limit.
