Sima

Often found at the base of a warp core, hyperspanner in hand, Sima is described by some as particular, by others as pedantic and by much of her engineering team as a perfectionist. Thankfully Sima isn’t a leader who pushes from the back but rather wades into the work alongside her teams, winning her a great deal of credit when she does ask them to push themselves to the limit. Serious by nature and made more serious by her worries about the dangers of space travel, Sima spends much of her time focused on the safety and stability of her ship and her crew, often at the cost of her personal life.
