Kol Por Teren Ilka Far

Commander Kol Por Teren Ilka Far, usually just called ‘Far’, is the Chief Operations Officer of Gateway Station. One of the few Xaheans in Starfleet, she is a fiercely intelligent and capable computer systems and logistics manager, with a particular aptitude in software development. Perhaps because of this lifelong commitment to her studies and her work, Far is something of a socially awkward nerd, with limited filter when it comes to speaking her mind. This makes her prone to jocular or inappropriate humour, overly-long explanations of her work or thoughts, or the occasional searing insight others would prefer to not hear. Nevertheless, Far is as sincere and kind-hearted as she is brilliant, despite her propensity for putting her foot in her mouth.
