Harrian Cal

Commander Harrian Cal is a seasoned Starfleet scientist, diplomat, and strategic analyst, and serves as the Strategic Operations Officer for Endeavour Squadron. Born on Bajor during the Occupation, he had to work hard since childhood to earn a place at Starfleet Academy, and this burning drive has persisted throughout his career. Nevertheless, he is humble, hard-working, thoughtful, and utterly committed to the Federation’s principles.

Although serving aboard the USS Endeavour, where he can make use of the large ship’s sophisticated systems to conduct strategic analysis and liaise with the whole squadron, Commander Harrian reports directly to squadron commander Fleet Captain Jericho and technically serves on his staff. Though his authority does not supersede that of Captain Rourke, it is clear Harrian represents Jericho’s authority aboard Endeavour.
