Rhiana Isha

Rhiana Isha is a Sublieutenant of the Romulan Republic Navy and is currently assigned as the Strategic Officer on board the RRW Jarok. She fought alongside Commander Saren when they both had chosen a civilian life on the Kani Colony, only to defend it from a Klingon raid. She is quick to judge and protective of her commanding officer for the fact that she admires him for personal reasons. Despite some quirks, she is loyal, enjoys playing music, and has recently picked up on the Vulcan Lute.
