Xin Ra-Havrii

An experienced systems analyst and technician. While not an inherently inventive engineer or innovative designer on his own, Commander Ra-Havrii reached his position in the Corps of Engineers by being a good team manager and more importantly, by having an obsessive attention to detail and the ability to find and identify flaws and bugs in designs early on in their development. He has a calm and detached manner, which has caused many a bruised ego as he nonchalantly went about bringing many idealistic young engineers back down to reality with sometimes brutal, honesty. He is a sane valve, tapping down on the sometimes dangerously rash and eccentric Starfleet “miracle workers”.
