Scott Bowens

Ensign Scott Bowens is one of many Deck Officers assigned to Starbase Bravo. While he’d rather be behind the helm of a shuttle, or better yet a starship he’s just happy to finally be an Ensign. He has a happy-go-lucky, sometimes too informal, personality, and generally makes friends easily when he’s not being awkward. His older brother, Lieutenant Commander Harper Bowens, is posted to the USS Arcturus.
