Threxik

Threxik is a Xindi-Insectoid serving as the Commanding Officer of the California Class USS Chico. The Chico is assigned to Fourth Fleet’s Task Force 72. A sciencetist by trade, Threxik has worked his way up through the ranks and bridge officer training to become where is at today. Though a scientist, he is an expert in xenobiology which helps when he is working on diplomatic missions. He approaches his work with scientic curiosity, calculated risk analysis and a comminitment to understanding other civilizations.

Threxik is inquisitive, direct, and confident. He is generally non confrontational, unless his crew or those close to him are in danger. He likes to understand how things work, whether he is examining an unusual spactial phenomenon or trying to make sense of another culture’s cusoms. He values evidence and welcomes well-supported arguments, even when it challenges his own conclusions.

On a personal level, he keeps his friends close. He has few that he calls friends, and trusts them unconditionally. He tends to cross that boundry of friend and captain with his close friends who are on his crew. He encourages his crew to speak their minds and trusts them to bring their expertise to the table.
