Hessa Al-Dosari

Commander Hessa Al-Dosari serves as the Chief-of-Staff for Horizon Squadron, coordinating the complex web of personnel, operations and logistics that keeps a dispersed formation of Starships functioning as a single unit. Renowned for her organisational brilliance, calm professionalism and ability to bring order to chaos, she is often the person commanders turn to when a situation becomes too complex for anyone else to untangle.

While others command ships and missions, Hessa ensures the squadron itself continues moving forward, making her one of the most influential and trusted officers in the Squadron.
