K’Aetan is the Chief Medical Officer of the USS Ganymede, a position she has fought for throughout most of her (thus far) short career.
Appearance
K’Aetan purposely dresses in a way to make herself seem strong and calm. Other than that, she resembles most Klingon women without any standout features.
Personality
Her bedside manner couldn’t be called gentle in the conventional Federation sense. She doesn’t hand-hold or use soft voices, but she is deeply, fiercely present for her patients. Under her care, patients are never in doubt that she will fight for them as hard as she’d fight in single combat.
For crew unfamiliar with Klingon directness, this can initially read as coldness before they realize it’s the opposite.
