Summary
A shrewd tactician and keen strategist, Ilana’s formative years were during the Dominion War. She grew into an adult in the post-war reconciliation generation, and joined Starfleet approximately 6 years after the war’s end. She now serves as the Executive Officer of the USS Ganymede.
Appearance
There is not much to make Ilana stand out against any other Cardassian woman save for a scar above her right brow, a memento of a bomb that exploded near her home at the end of the war.
She carries herself professionally, and most would say “tersely.”
Personality
Ilana is disciplined, exacting, and comfortable with hierarchy and structure. She runs a tight ship in the most literal sense: security drills, protocol adherence, and contingency planning. She is the steady, procedural counterweight to Commodore Boyle, who frequently re-routes the ship on a hunch.
