Summary
Noari was orphaned in 2374 by the Dominion War. She was taken to Earth and raised there. It was only natural that she attend Starfleet Academy.
History
Noari was born in 2364 on Bajor. Her parents were killed in 2374 during the Dominion War. She was adopted by a Starfleet Officer, Jocelyn Scofield. Joceyln was subsequently killed during the Dominion War. Jocelyn’s parents, Leon and Vanya Scofield raised her as if she was their daughter. Noari applied and was admitted to Starfleet Academy. Noari excelled in languages, interpersonal and interspecies relations. Her career track would take her the route of diplomacy.
