Summary
Counsellor Carraway is a counselling psychologist, with a long history in Starfleet providing rehabilitative support to officers traumatised by intense experiences. He has spent most of his career in long-term care facilities, and was commended for his work supporting officers through the aftermath of the Attack on Mars. After serving on the USS Endeavour for long years, he has accepted an opportunity to work on Gateway Station, where he can provide essential support to multiple crews working on the frontier.
