Armando Flores

Senior Moderator Armando Jesus Flores Sánchez is a prominent moderator/negotiator in the United Federation of Planets Diplomatic Corps.  During his 16 year career, each of the nine diplomatic cases he has been assigned has been resolved with a favorable outcome for the Federation.

Part of his success is that Flores is assigned to cases that he can handle alone, meaning they are relatively insignificant and easy.  This is due to his insufferable personality that has closed the doors leading to higher circles (and more prestigious cases) within the diplomatic corps.

Self-confident, self-important, entitled, arrogant, and oblivious.

The first four traits are a result of his high intelligence and his consistent and continued successes in the diplomatic corps.  He has no empathy for others and is completely unaware of the negative impressions he leaves on everyone he interacts with.
