Summary
Wayne Boudreaux is the commanding officer aboard the USS Moorpark. Hailing from the historical regions of the New Orleans area on Earth, Boudreaux grew up as a simple bayou boy with larger-than-life aspirations. He sought adventure beyond the murky waters of the Mississippi, and found just that within the ranks of Starfleet.
