Summary
Lieutenant Kali Vorek is a female Republic officer currently serving as the morale officer of the D’taret. One of the few Orions to join the Republic, Vorek has been watched with great skepticism since joining the academy. Naturally charismatic, she has sharp social awareness and a unique ability to read the crew’s emotional undercurrents well before tensions surface. Her Federation training has been a key point of apprehension in her service, with many other officers questioning her instincts and where her loyalties truly lie. Calm under pressure and deeply disciplined, Vorek balances the warmth expected from a morale officer with the restraint and professionalism respected in Romulan culture. Often relying on subtle diplomacy and strategic empathy to keep the crew unified, resilient, and mission-focused even during the Republic’s most treacherous operations.
