Summary
Julius is the communications officer of the USS Gilroy and unofficial diplomatic officer. Beyond maintaining the ship’s comm systems, he often monitors the communications between the Gilroy and the various planets, systems, and ships she is sent to support. This means he is often managing multiple channels of communication through various translations, all while coordinating with internal officers. In addition, Julius has demonstrated a passion and competency towards diplomacy and is often present when face-to-face discussions and negotiations happen between the Gilroy and other parties.
Julius is flirty, high energy, and very often the first to cross a professional line – be it through action, tone, or something else. However, their high degree of competence often lends to them with getting away with pushing the envelope.
He is a Caucasian human with red hair and thin.
