Starok

Starok is the Chief Flight Control Officer of the USS Atlas. He is a very serious officer.

Starok is like most Vulcans, very logical and almost appearing without any emotions. He is an excellent pilot, holds several degrees in a range of sciences, and is known to be found not only at the helm of the ship or behind the controls of a shuttle, but also in a lab conducting research.

He enjoys playing kal-toh, 3D chess and the Vulcan lute. If he isn’t doing one of these in any of the crew lounges, then he is found in the ship’s gymnasium keeping himself fit. He is a keen athlete and swimmer.

Though he does not take any pleasure from it, he is usually the first one to counter back in ruining a joke or a happy moment. He always finds logic in every situation and is someone who can discuss a particular subject for a very long time.

Starok knows he is an excellent pilot and does not mind reminding others of this. Though he may come across as being ‘rude’, he is merely stating a fact. He is very loyal to Captain Corbin after bringing him with him from the Shackleton to the Columbia and subsequently to the Atlas.
