Appearance
Tall and broad-shouldered, but whipcord lean, Raaith sports the distinctive white hair of the house of Miras and like the rest of the main-bloodline, has no visible klingon ridges. He has green eyes, although the right is slightly lighter than the left.
Personality
Unpredictable is the only way to describe Raaith. He can be highly personable and charming, with hair trigger mood changes and a tendency toward violence. He is highly adaptable and with a tactical mind that makes him dangerous in both ship to ship and hand to hand combat. He is blunt, speaks his mind and is definitely not a man to send on any kind of diplomatic mission, not even as an intimidation tactic.
Despite this, Raaith has a deeply ingrained sense of honor. Exactly what that entails just doesn’t often make sense to other people.
He respects bluntness and honesty. He has no time for mind games or lies.
Raaith does not have friends. He has family and he has crew who are family. The small crew of the Korinar are as fiercely loyal to him as he is to them. He adores his grandmother, who raised him from a child, even though the two often have vicious fights.
Bluntly put, find a way to become a member of Raaith’s family and he will burn down the universe itself for you.
History
Raaith is an oddity, even within a house known for being that bit… eclectic.
The beloved grandson of the current head of the house, Iskai, he is seen as a dangerous and unpredictable individual even within a house known for that and the general feeling is that the only reason he has not taken control of the house is the familial affection between himself and his grandmother. The other general feeling is that Iskai is one of only two people who can actually control Raaith.
Seen as the bulldog of the house, and his grandmother’s enforcer, the fact that the IKS Korinar has been seconded to Fourth Fleet is seen as a large indicator of the House of Miras’s feeling toward Starfleet. The house of Miras is a small but powerful house who have consolidated their position through alliances, money, and the application of bloody and brutal violence.
