Satrin t'Kara

Sub-Commander Satrin t’Kara is the former Commanding Officer and current First Officer of the RRW Decius. Displaced by Colonel Netak tr’Sevrin when he abruptly assumed command without explanation, outwardly Satrin serves as a loyal soldier, while inwardly, she is resentful of the ouster and suspicious of her superior’s motives.
