At just 23 years old, it might seem incongruous that Siran Arkour be posted as Ship’s Councilor at such a relatively young age, but the Betazed’s Telepathic abilities – coupled with an ‘old head’, make her remarkably effective at winning people over.

Siran appreciates the power of listening and the effectiveness of silence. She has a genuine concern for the wellbeing of others and is a flexible thinker.

Siran Arkour has a manner that puts even the most antagonistic and stubborn at ease in a remarkably short period of time. She is an excellent listener and observer of behaviors. She is well spoken and unobtrusive, with a ready sense of humor.

She is one of the more social young officers onboard and can be found at just about any gathering. She has a wonderful singing voice.
