Rachel Sinclair

Commodore Rachel Sinclair is the Commanding Officer of Archanis Station and Executive Officer of Archanis Sector Operations. Appointed following the death of Fleet Captain Elsie Drake, she brings an aura of calm and stability to a station in a great deal of stress following the trials of the contagion that tore through the station in December 2401 and the Vaadwaur occupation in April 2402, but this is also trying for a crew that, at times, does not want such calm and stability.
