Summary
Currently the Chief Operations Officer of the USS Wells, Zinn sees his role as keeping all the systems of the ship in good working order, the crew included. While this sometimes leads to annoyance, it cannot be denied that he’s a competent, very funny member of the crew.
Personality
An intersting mixture of gregarious and no-nonsense, Zinn takes everything seriously from running Operations to trying to keep his crewmates’ spirits high.
History
Originally wanting to be an actor in his youth, Zinn found that his talents lay not on the stage but in keeping the backstage of a local theatre operating smoothly. Eventually, he put these organizational skills to use in Starfleet, gaining a quick and early reputation as an exacting quartermaster and thorough operations support officer.
Following a stint supporting Intelligence and other assets based on Starbase 86, Zinn’s meticulous nature and gregarious personality was noticed and he was recruited as an operations specialist for an Intelligence team at Starfleet Headquarters. Following this assignment, he went with the team to the USS Wells to serve as Chief Operations Officer.
