Appearance
Tall and heavily muscled, with blonde hair and green eyes, Andrews has a dangerous look about him that has nothing to do with the vicious scar on one cheek that disappears up into his hairline and everything to do with the way he holds himself, with an awareness of everyone and everything around him.
Personality
By turns irreverent and utterly serious, Andrew’s personality could give whiplash a headache. A highly competent officer, he copes with high-pressure situations with (sometimes) borderline unacceptable humour. Despite what can appear to be an abrasive manner at first, he is an excellent listener and more than that; he’s very aware when he needs to shut up and listen to the crew, rather than just riding rough-shod and yelling orders.
That being said, he has his share of character flaws. He bottles anger up, and his favorite anger management solution is beating the stuffing out of a punchbag in the gym. He does not take well to bullies or sycophants, and doesn’t always play well with authority figures.
