Summary
Commander Zahra Diarra is the Chief Science Officer of the USS Vesta. Originally a researcher in subspace propulsion for the Advanced Starship Design Bureau, she eventually sought to see the frontier, rather than just build ships to see it, and thus expanded her practicum and transitioned into a science line officer.
