Bravo Fleet
Appearance
A bit on the short side but heavily muscled, earning him the nickname “Badger” in the Academy. Blonde hair due to his father’s Scandinavian heritage as well as olive skin that, while the French portion of his father helped a little, was mostly inherited from his mother who’s family is of Dominican/Cuban heritage. Green eyes and with a natural grim expression that is at odds with his wry, comedic nature.
Personality
Humorous, friendly, protective of those who can’t protect themselves especially children, he is also a little hot tempered and sometimes doesn’t think things entirely through. He is very intelligent however and is thoroughly disciplined while on duty, though he is known to crack the occasional joke to deal with stressful situations. Can be quite philosophical and tends to relate and compare problems to historical events and persons.
History
Comes from a long line of service on both sides of his family. His mother and father both served as analysts for Starfleet Intelligence. Drawn to military history, weaponry, tactics and the like (perhaps a bit too much for his parents’ liking) David set his sights on Starfleet, though with an interest in Tactical. Did well in Starfleet Academy, particularly in the courses involving tactics, history and philosophy. Actually became known during wargames to convert historical strategies and tactics to the 3 dimensional theater of modern warfare including, most infamously, his variation of the Mongol Feigned Retreat that earned him a victory against one of his instructors. Has a fondness for root beer and has been know to party a bit hard on occasion, though he has slowed down a bit in order to toe the line Starfleet sets.
