Summary
Flint has always strived to move the ranks as efficiently as possible. Starting late in the academy at the age of 30 gave him a slight disadvantage. His only role straight out of the academy, the USS Callisto, was for a two-year assignment. He has always stood out by bringing additional ideas to the table.
Flint has always been within recalling distance back to home, Earth, where tragically he was drawn back to for the loss of his parents with recent events.
His next step on the journey will be placed on the USS Valkyrie where he hopes to stand out and would have made his parents proud.
Appearance
Flint Locke is a tall man with broad shoulders, his hair brings a sense of care to his daily routine, his body and overall fitness carries a structure to his own persona.
His eyes carry focussed attention in any form of discussion with someone, bringing care and attentive behaviour along with it.
Flint’s uniform forms part of his hard work and commitment to what he does, in his off hours he likes to dress down but bringing fitting clothing along for slight attention to his physique.

Flint comes across as a charismatic individual with a robust personality that draws people in. He has an alluring side which brings an element of intrigue, making him a captivating conversationalist who is unafraid to dive into meaningful discussions.
He values his work highly, often placing it above personal relationships, which has contributed to a challenging history of maintaining long-term partnerships.
He brings a seductive charm with a serious work ethic when the time is needed.
History
Flint Locke started his life on earth, it was his solid foundation and a place he always needed to be close to.
Flint’s parents, Samuel Locke and Isabella Locke were esteemed engineers in their respective fields. Samuel specialized in holographics, while Isabella was a weapon systems expert.
Growing up, Flint was immersed in a world of exploration. His parent’s dedication to unravelling the universe left a mark on him. They often took him on expeditions to study new ways of engineering, taking him far from home which he struggled with.
Flint’s academic journey was a focus throughout. He excelled in his studies, with the push from his parents, mainly in Engineering physics but also had a passion for astrophysics as a pastime hobby.
During his time at Starfleet Academy, Flint’s groundbreaking research on the engineering challenges of establishing sustainable habitats on exoplanets caught the attention of Starfleet’s top engineering minds. Upon graduation, he was assigned to the USS Callisto, where he served as a key member of the ship’s astrosciences and engineering team.
His expertise in designing adaptive life-support systems and analyzing planetary environments proved invaluable to the ship’s peaceful exploration mission and the advancement of federation technologies.
Flint’s journey on the USS Callisto allowed him to continue his family’s legacy. He often found the alien lifeforms he encountered interesting and had a keen eye for puzzles and problem-solving.
The loss of his parents grew his determination to excel in his field, and his deeper pursuit of the quantum system might one day allow him to see his parents, for one last time…
