Riley Rivers

Lieutenant Riley Rivers is the Chief Operations Officer of the USS Vesta. A detail-oriented and highly organized departmental head, they were involved in the Vesta class project at Beta Antares Shipyards and then, along with Commander Blake, followed the Vesta to the stars.
