Summary
Tarr is the foreman of BlackWell Mining Cooperations, or short for BMC. He is responsible for the mining operations in the asteroid belt, which is known to the region as the Grim Wall. Tarr is a cheerful man that loves his job and while he has on paper a desk job, he is mostly found in the belt with his people.
