Summary
The only Orion aboard Fearless, Zara stands out like a ‘green thumb.’ Aside from her green complexion and _____ tattoos, she is set apart by culture, experience, and brash candor; often at odds with dutiful and idealistic Starfleet officers. Resilient, sharp-witted, and impulsive; Zara lived a life of precarious uncertainty as a freelance ‘Cyber-slicer’ rarely turning down an opportunity for credits. Life on the edge, dancing between death and titillating spontaneity, ultimately cornered her into a personal Kobayashi Maru. Rescued by Starfleet in a fortunate turn of events, Zara now manages the Lion’s Den onboard Fearless settling into retirement from a life of ill-gotten gains and nefarious acts.
Appearance
Zara Thrace is an Orion female bred for seduction, stealth, and survivability. Her slender build and petite frame conceal just the right combination of agility and muscle needed to incapacitate any threat. Piercing amber eyes blaze like hot coals against glimmering emerald skin and cascading jet-black hair. Three scars ________ a fair complexion, reminders of past mistakes.
Once preferring functionality to fashion when rogueing around the galaxy, Zara now dons her hair loose, untamed, and decorated with precious adornments collected from nefarious activities around the galaxy. Her chosen attire remains functional and form-fitting; preferring earthy tones, leather, and styles which expose intricate tattoos winding around the arms, waist, thighs, and calves.
Personality
Thrust into shadowy underworld of piracy at a very young age, Zara’s life was defined by danger, loss, and survival. Unable to trust anyone but herself, she banked powers of keen observation, quick-wit, and resourcefulness to make it through each day. Improvisation, seduction, and spontaneous reactions were her greatest tools, which combined with knowledge of computer systems, made her a valuable asset on any job.
