Tulil Khal

Life in the Star Empire was frought with dangers and even after the fall of the neurotically secretive Tal Shiar there are dark corners of Romulan space where people whisper of the ‘glory days’. Khal has served the Romulan Republic since its formation, working to root out those dangerous individuals who would see the Republic fail and reassert the traditional xenophobic police state that was the signature of the Star Empire’s last moments. Khan has come to Helios on loan from the Republic, who grow increasingly worried about the rise of dangerous elements in the Former Demilitarized Zone.
